Terms and Conditions By accessing, downloading from or otherwise using the Conwood Website (the "Site") You expressively agree to adhere to the Conwood Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") set forth below. Customers who utilize EFT also provide bank account information. Access to this information will be given only to our employees and agents who need the information in order to fulfill customer service requests and for otherwise conducting business. By registering to conduct business with Conwood, in some instances, we will conduct a background check on your business by obtaining information about your business from a credit bureau or a business information service such as Dun & Bradstreet. Conwood at its sole discretion, also reserves the right periodically to retrieve and review a business and / or consumer credit report for any account, and reserves the right to close an account based on information obtained during this credit review process.
